1 Year Homeowner Guarantee

One year plant replacement: select trees and shrubs are protected with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a guaranteed plant does not survive, and is still under warranty, return the items(s), your sales receipt, and our price tag(s) to receive a store credit equal to the purchase price.

Plant warranty credits are only valid for woody plant material, no cash refunds. All replacements are one time only, plants purchased with store credit are not covered by any warranty. Discounted or tender plants are not covered by any warranty.

We offer excellent advice on planting and caring for your trees and shrubs. If you notice a problem with your plant(s), bring a sample or photo into the garden center as soon as possible. If this is not feasible, due to its size, please call and arrange for a site visit.

Roosevelt Trail Nursery must be notified of any concerns regarding warrantied plant material prior to issuing a store credit. The return of dead plant material without previously notifying Roosevelt Trail Garden Center of said issue may void your warranty.

No replacement will be given if the plant failure is due to improper or inadequate maintenance, deer or wild animal damage, disease or pest damage, vandalism, or extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, ice, wind, etc.). These parameters are up to the discretion of Roosevelt Trail Nursery.
